Set up a clear player profile
Start by choosing a career pace, surname, nationality, tactical position, shirt number and preferred foot. The position changes the balance of goals, assists and international output, while the shirt number is visual and does not add ability.
Compare the starting clubs instead of selecting only the biggest name. Current level, club level and expected role indicate whether the player is likely to start, rotate or develop as a prospect.
Play through seasons and decision points
Each season records age, appearances, starts, goals, assists, league rank, trophies, international caps, injuries, OVR and market value. Development is limited by the potential assigned when the career is created.
Career pace changes when the simulator pauses: Intense asks for a choice every season, Normal every two seasons and Express every three. The underlying season simulation remains the same; pace is not a hidden difficulty setting.
Judge loans and transfers by opportunity
A stronger destination can raise the competitive context but may also reduce expected minutes. Staying can protect stability, while a one-season loan can provide playing time before the player automatically returns to the parent club.
Read the expected role before accepting a permanent move. A transfer is useful when the destination matches the player's current level and stage, not simply because its prestige number is higher.
Finish and review the complete career
At retirement, Copero produces a career score, grade and achievement card based on evidence from the run. OVR, longevity, output, trophies, international appearances, market value and club history all contribute to the final story.
The active career is saved in local browser storage. Use the same device, browser and profile to resume it; private browsing, clearing site data or switching devices can make that local save unavailable.

Yes. The complete browser career is free and does not require an account or a separate download.
What does career pace change?
It changes the interval between manual decisions: one, two or three seasons. It does not change the player's potential.
How do I choose a starting club?
Compare club level and expected role with the player's starting OVR. Early playing time can be more useful than prestige alone.
Can I continue the career later?
Yes, on the same browser and device while local storage remains available. The save is not synced to an online account.
